Pollard's Story*
When Betty and Clyde Pollard Jr. started a
catering business forty years ago, their four children pitched in to
help. Johnny Pollard says it was February 1967 when his mother
had already been doing a lot of catering. She wanted a kitchen
so she could prepare more food. We came across a restaurant on
E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk and that's how we got
started.
