| The History of Pollard's Chicken |

| Our mother, Betty Pollard who was
a great cook, started her own small catering business in the
mid 1950's and enlisted the help of her immediate
family. After many years of cooking at home and using
her kitchen facilities, Mama finally convinced us to purchase
a small restaurant and the first Pollard's Chicken was
"hatched" in February of 1967. |
